Dave Bautista Threatens to Quit GOTG
Dave Bautista, one of the members of the Guardians of the Galaxy who plays Drax the Destroyer, has just threatened to quit the franchise amid the James Gunn controversy. Bautista took to Twitter to say the following:
"I will do what im legally obligated to do but @Guardians without @JamesGunn is not what I signed up for. GoTG w/o @JamesGunn just isn't GOTG. Its also pretty nauseating to work for someone who'd empower a smear campaign by fascists #cybernazis. That's just how I feel."
Whether or not Disney will take his claims seriously, Bautista has left his mark for sure. It's very hard for Disney to ignore what one of their main five has said about one of their most lucrative franchises. Disney has not commented as of yet.
