Solo Will Lose Over 50 Million Dollars at Box Office
We all suspected that Solo: A Star Wars Story would do worse than the other Star Wars movie, but now, reports are confirming that Solo did a lot worse than we can think. According to Hollywood estimates, Solo: A Star Wars Story could lose over 50 million dollars for Lucasfilm. Since the budget was about 275 million, along with marketing and theater costs, Solo would have to make about 500-600 million dollars, and according to estimates, Solo will not hit those numbers. Now, it's time for Disney to regroup and push ahead, as Star Wars: Episode IX approaches on the horizon.
